What are your shipping methods and how long do they take?

Orders placed before 2pm (GMT) are processed the same day and will be dispatched in 1-2 business days thereafter. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays are processed the following business day and will be dispatched within 1-2 business days thereafter.

Estimated delivery time for UK/EU/US orders: 2-7 business days (after dispatch).
Please note that deliveries sometimes can take longer than the estimates mentioned above. The exact delivery times depend on the couriers and can not be guaranteed by us.

How can I track my order?

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number once your order is dispatched. Tracking links generally need 24-48 business hours to be updated with tracking information.

My order arrived damaged, what now?

If you have a damaged product , please send an email to support@posterist.co.uk with your order number, an image of the damaged item and packaging, and a brief message indicating whether you would like a replacement or a refund.

Will my poster arrive framed?

All our posters are sold without frames. Please note: prints sized A4 or smaller will come in an envelope; all other sizes will come in a cardboard tube with recycled plastic ends.
